To ensure that our students receive the best possible education, KIPP Minnesota requires specific certifications for our teachers and support staff.

Teacher Requirements

  • Appropriate Minnesota Teaching License

Paraprofessional Requirements

  • G.E.D or High School Diploma

  • Minimal 60 college credits / Associates of Arts (A.A.) degree or higher OR successful completion of ParaPro Assessment
